• 18mm x 115mm tongue and grooved shiplap cladding
• 20mm deep interlocking joint for better weather protection
• 70mm x 45mm planned all round (with rounded corners) diagonally cross braced framework
• 15mm x 115mm tongue and grooved floor boards
• 45mm x 34mm floor joists (all buildings with a floor area less than 10 metres square)
• all nails and screws are stainless steel to prevent rusting
• all timber is tanalised pressure treated Scandinavian redwood
• externally base coat treated with a straw coloured solvent based wood preservative
• all roofs are felted with a 38kg polyester non tear green/grey mineral felt (10 year guarantee)
• minimum internal height 6’4″
