Vertigrow Flaxton Garage is an attractive, robust and durable building which can be made in virtually any size configuration up to a maximum of 30m² without the need of building regulations.

• 18mm x 115mm tongue and grooved shiplap cladding
• 20mm deep interlocking joint for better weather protection
• 70mm x 45mm planned all round (with rounded corners) diagonally cross braced framework
• 15mm x 115mm tongue and grooved floor boards
• 45mm x 34mm floor joists (all buildings with a floor area less than 10 square metres)
• 15mm x 125mm tongue and grooved floor boards
• 70 x 45mm floor joists for (all buildings with a floor area greater than 10 square metres)
• all nails and screws are stainless steel to prevent rusting
• All timber is tanalised pressure treated Scandinavian redwood
• externally base coat treated with a straw coloured solvent based wood preservative
• all roofs are felted with a 38kg polyester non tear green/grey mineral felt (10 year guarantee)
• The choice of single or double garage doors is available
• the higher pitched roof allows some light roof storage between the trusses

Being built totally from timber, the Flaxton Garage is dryer, warmer and, in most cases, more cost effective than building from traditional brick or pre-fabricated concrete sections
